From discovering the perfect micro-influencer to planning groundbreaking campaigns that align with our Brandformance philosophy, this role is all about creating a movement.
What You’ll Do:
- Channel Strategy: Develop and execute data-driven content strategies tailored to each brand’s audience. Leverage trends, seasonality, and analytics to keep channels fresh and engaging.
- Content Calendar Master: Collaborate with creative and production teams to plan a content calendar that aligns with brand goals, ensuring a steady stream of exciting and high-quality videos.
- Audience Growth Guru: Drive channel growth through SEO, keyword optimization, and data analysis. Implement strategies to boost subscribers, watch time, and engagement.
- Engagement Expert: Foster a strong connection with our audience by managing comments, responding to feedback, and identifying community engagement opportunities.
- Performance Analytics: Regularly monitor KPIs, such as CTR, watch time, and audience retention, and adjust strategies based on insights to ensure growth and engagement.
- Experiment & Innovate: Lead initiatives to test new formats, styles, and tactics on YouTube. Stay updated on platform updates and integrate best practices to maximize content reach.
Who You Are:
- Experienced YouTuber: 3+ years of experience managing YouTube channels with a track record of growing audiences and optimizing content for performance.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with experience in YouTube analytics and other relevant tools to make informed decisions and refine content strategies.
- Creative Thinker: A knack for storytelling, with an ability to think outside the box and engage viewers with compelling content.
- SEO & Growth Hacker: Familiar with YouTube SEO, keyword research, and audience-building tactics. You know how to use the algorithm to your advantage.
- Communication & Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and represent BuzzLab’s voice in the community.
