What You'll Do:
- Lead Client Relationships: Be the primary point of contact for key accounts, be obsessed with targets of CAC, ROAS and problem solving.
- Strategize Growth Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute growth strategies that align with client objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize results and drive success.
- Account Planning: Create and implement comprehensive account plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our services.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of account managers, performance marketing and growth folks fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Build SOPs, playbooks, strategies for the clients.
What are we looking?
- Experience: Min. 3 years in account management with a large performance marketing agency (mandatory).
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience working with brands on growth strategies, preferably from agencies
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Comfort with analytics and reporting tools to track and evaluate account performance. Should be solid with excel, other data analytics tools
- Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and lead a team, build processes, SOPs, playbooks, and strategies while managing multiple client accounts effectively.
CTC budget bracket (basis skills, experience) - Rs. 5,00,000 to Rs. 12,00,000 per annum
