As a Marketing Operations Generalist at Buzzlab, you’ll be the backbone of our campaigns, ensuring smooth execution and enabling our team to create impactful, data-driven content for brands. This is a dynamic role where you'll wear multiple hats, optimize marketing workflows, and have a hand in shaping Buzzlab’s operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage Marketing Workflows – Own and optimize the processes behind the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, performance marketing channels).
- Coordinate Between Teams – Be the bridge between creative, growth, strategy, and client teams, ensuring all marketing activities are aligned, on track, and executed to perfection.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization – Assist in setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad campaigns, content calendars, and digital projects to ensure peak performance.
- Data-Driven Insights – Track marketing KPIs, analyze performance data, and present actionable insights to improve campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
- Technology & Tools Management – Oversee the marketing technology stack, ensuring smooth operation and integration of tools like CRMs, analytics platforms, and project management software.
- Process Improvement – Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within our operations, and implement solutions to streamline marketing activities.
- Budget Management – Support the planning and tracking of budgets across campaigns, ensuring resources are used effectively to maximize ROI.
- Client Reporting & Communication – Prepare clear, insightful reports on campaign performance and help maintain effective communication with clients.
- Support the Growth Team – Collaborate closely with the performance marketing team, assisting with everything from ad copywriting to data analysis.
What You’ll Bring:
- 2+ Years of Experience in Marketing Operations or Similar Roles – Ideally, you’ve worked in a performance marketing agency or digital marketing environment.
- Strong Organizational Skills – You love structure and have a knack for keeping complex processes running smoothly.
- Experience with Marketing Tools – Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, CRMs, project management software (Asana, Trello, etc.), and ad platforms.
- Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset – You understand marketing metrics, can interpret data, and use insights to make informed decisions.
- Great Communication Skills – Whether it’s collaborating with internal teams or reporting to clients, you communicate clearly and effectively.
- Ability to Manage Multiple Projects – You excel at juggling multiple tasks and can manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
