What You’ll Do:
- End-to-End Influencer Campaign Management – Own the strategy, execution, and analysis of influencer marketing campaigns across YouTube, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Identify and Build Relationships – Scout and partner with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors who align with our clients’ values and goals.
- Campaign Optimization – Monitor influencer content performance and optimize campaigns to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Brandformance Marketing – Leverage Buzzlab’s data-driven approach to content marketing. Use insights to ensure influencer collaborations deliver measurable results.
- Creative Briefing – Work closely with influencers to ensure they deliver on-point, high-quality content that resonates with audiences.
- Reporting & Insights – Dive deep into campaign metrics, uncover key insights, and present actionable reports to internal teams and clients.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – 2-3 years in influencer marketing, ideally in an early to mid-stage agency or content-driven brand.
- Passion for Influencers & Creators – A strong understanding of the creator economy and the ability to spot emerging talent.
- Data-Driven Mindset – You don’t just create partnerships; you ensure they perform. CAC, ROAS, and engagement metrics should be your friends.
- Relationship Building – You’re skilled at building long-term, authentic relationships with influencers.
- Creative Problem-Solver – You can think outside the box to find innovative ways to engage influencers and audiences.
- Ownership – High accountability and willingness to wear multiple hats in a fast-growing environment.
