What You’ll Do:

- Project Coordination: Oversee and manage client projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Strategic Consultation: Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing expert guidance on our services to help them achieve their goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze client metrics and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to drive results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—such as marketing, creative, and analytics—to deliver exceptional service and results for our clients.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively address any client concerns or challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain client satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports for clients, summarizing performance, insights, and actionable recommendations.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in a performance marketing agency.
