Your Role:
As the Business Head, you’ll set and lead the overall business strategy, establish growth targets, and drive the roadmap for Buzzlab’s expansion. Working closely with the leadership and founding teams, you’ll be responsible for new business development, scaling our operations, and building a high-performance team aligned with Buzzlab’s values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute Buzzlab’s long-term strategy, aligning operational goals with Buzzlab’s vision for growth in content-led consulting.
- Revenue & Growth: Own the P&L, develop revenue targets, and identify new opportunities in existing and emerging markets, driving profitability across service lines.
- Business Development: Lead business acquisition efforts, building and nurturing relationships with clients, and opening new partnership channels that support Buzzlab’s expansion.
- Team Leadership: Build and mentor a high-caliber team, fostering a culture that values ownership, innovation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Global Expansion: Drive Buzzlab’s plans for market entry into international regions, overseeing brand positioning, market research, and localization efforts.
- Advisory Board & Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with Buzzlab’s advisory board, engaging with industry experts from Marico, Cult, Dabur, Flipkart, and more to leverage strategic insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Leader: 8+ years of experience in business leadership roles, preferably in digital marketing, content marketing, or consulting, with a track record of growing teams and revenue.
- Strategic Thinker & Doer: Proven experience in strategic planning, with the operational expertise to turn vision into action.
- Revenue-Driven: Strong focus on profitability, with hands-on experience in P&L management and scaling revenue channels.
- Relationship Builder: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a network of industry contacts and a natural talent for client engagement.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical acumen, with a results-oriented approach aligned with Buzzlab’s data-backed Brandformance philosophy.
