What You’ll Do:
- Client Partnering: Be the strategic point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision aligns with our creative output. Build lasting relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Creative Project Leadership: Lead the charge in managing multiple campaigns, ensuring they meet the highest standards of creativity, innovation, and performance.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Work closely with creative and production teams to craft campaigns that excite, engage, and deliver results across various platforms, including digital, social media, and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and media planners to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns. You’ll also collaborate with our performance marketing team to ensure every campaign is both creatively exciting and results-driven.
- Project Management: Handle end-to-end project management, ensuring timelines, budgets, and client expectations are met and exceeded.
- Insight & Analytics: Leverage data and insights to shape client strategies, providing clear, actionable feedback that ensures continuous improvement and success.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5-7 Years of Experience: Proven experience at leading creative agencies (e.g., Webchutney, Talented, or other large creative ad agencies).
- Creative Excellence: A strong creative acumen with a knack for managing top-tier creative campaigns across various industries.
- Account Management Pro: Experience in leading high-level client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction while balancing the creative vision.
- Strategic Thinker: Ability to see the big picture and translate business goals into impactful creative solutions.
- Excellent Communication: Both written and verbal, you can effectively present ideas and communicate with senior stakeholders.
- Ownership: A self-starter who can take full ownership of client relationships and projects.
